At Country Sunshine Pet Lodge, our mission is simple: to care for every dog as if they were our own. We believe dogs deserve more than confinement—they deserve movement, stimulation, and genuine connection. Each dog enjoys a comfortable 6′ x 6′ x 4′ private kennel for rest, meals, and sleep, while the majority of their day is spent the way dogs were meant to live—outside, active, engaged, and supervised.
As a small dog boarding facility, our focus is on structured play, open space, and constant human presence. Dogs at our pet daycare are never left to entertain themselves; they are guided, monitored, and interacted with—whether that’s running, exploring, sniffing, or simply relaxing in the sun. Safety and supervision are never optional; they are the foundation of everything we do.
We intentionally keep our boarding and daycare numbers small by design. This allows us to give each dog the individual attention they deserve while creating a more relaxed, personal environment—for them and for us. It’s not about volume; it’s about doing it right.
We aim to create an environment that feels less like a kennel and more like a second home—where dogs build confidence, burn energy, and enjoy their day so fully that going home feels like the hard part.
